CST Service Truck

Customer Service Technician (CST) Level 1 and Level 2

Customer Service Technician (CST) positions available. MRES is growing and we are seeking qualified individual and enthusiastic individuals to perform installations, diagnostics, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs on all our products in the field and in our shop. Positions require experience, knowledge, or aptitude depending on Level in electrical, mechanical, diesel, welding, pneumatics, and hydraulics. Continual training is provided. Some travel is required on an as needed basis and 100% paid for. Competitive wages, depending upon experience. Responsibilities

Candidate must be able to safely perform the following:

  1. All mechanical duties listed above in the field and in the shop
  2. Work with customers and co-workers with a positive attitude.
  3. Provide own hand tools (company provides major tooling)
  4. Read, understand, and communicate in English all literature, manuals, and schematics associated with position.
  5. Complete daily paperwork both written and electronic.
  6. Lift up to 75lbs with no restrictions.
  7. Climb up and down ladders and equipment.
  8. Drive and maintain company vehicles if issued. Pass DOT Physical, and required drug screening.
  9. Maintain excellent housekeeping skills in shop, vehicles, and job sites.
  10. Wear and use all company provided Personal Protection Equipment (PPE).
  11. Be willing to travel as needed.
  12. Attend all required training for safety, products, skills.
  13. Work inside and outside.
  14. Be on-time and fit for duty each day.
  15. Perform all and any tasks assigned with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

Candidates must be willing and able to pass pre-employment, annual, random, and post accident drug screens. Must have a valid drivers license with no restrictions and provide a MVR if being issued a vehicle. MRES participates in the E-Verify Program. A High School Diploma or GED is required and Associates Degree preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude is a must. Three years prior experience in mechanical repair and maintenance for automotive and diesel is preferred.
